Whether you need advice, ad hoc support or contracted maintenance we have price plans to suit all budgets. Please see below for more information on hourly and daily rates.

Our on site support rates:

  • £51.06 per hour for all Apple Mac support (£60 inc. VAT)
  • Daily rates are capped at £300* - Get 7 hours and only pay for 6!
  • 20% off labour for registered Educational and Charitable Institutions
  • No call out fees
  • No hidden extras

For customers with on going maintenance & support needs we provide a pre pay plan where you can buy as much support as you need at a discounted rate:

  • 1-10 hours
  • 11-25 hours
  • 26-50 hours
  • 50+ hours

£46.81 per hour (£55 Inc VAT)
£42.55 per hour (£50 Inc VAT)
£38.30 per hour (£45 Inc VAT)

As a business customer you'll benefit from priority support, remote administration (where possible), dedicated FatMac support applications and an engineer on call 7 days a week.
